Mika’s party started out big … there was a theme I had in mind, big ideas all planned out. Then I got busy … and now his party is going to be small and understated.
And I’m SO happy!
Much less stress for me and hopefully just more fun to be had by all who are coming 
Moemas will do Mika’s cake and some snack platters, Clamber Club will entertain the little ones, I’ll do the (simple) party packs and my sister has done this gorgeous invitation!

Best way to do a birthday
I too started out with big plans for my daughter’s first birthday. Was going to have like 20 kids over etc, and then I got cold feet, and decided to do a small thing with family, and it was just divine. (She had a ball, and wasn’t stressed out by hoardes of people she didn’t really know.) Good luck and enjoy, happy birthday gorgeous little guy xx
